Private yoga sessions are great for new(er) students looking for more individualized and specific attention, those with injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, as well as experienced yoga people looking to transform their practice. Working one-on-one offers greater opportunity for addressing the specific needs, taking into a consideration the student's physical, mental, and emotional states, as well as their values, intentions, and personal goals.
